Most Wallhome Art pieces are made to order or finished specifically for the client. Because of this, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once production has started.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and damage.
If the delivered artwork is materially different from the approved order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Where appropriate, Wallhome Art may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution after reviewing the case.
Slight variations in texture, brushwork, shade, and handmade details are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
Refunds, replacements, or repairs are reviewed case by case.
